Satu di antaranya adalah keberadaan Arya Daru di rooftop Kemenlu pada Senin (7/7) malam atau beberapa jam sebelum ia tak bernyawa.
Arya disebut berada di rooftop lantai 12 selama kurang lebih satu setengah jam.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi dalam keterangan pers pada Kamis (24/7) mengungkapkan, berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan saksi, diduga pada 7 Juli pukul 21.43 WIB hingga 23.09 WIB atau satu jam 26 menit, Arya ada di lantai 12.
Dalam rekaman CCTV, Arya Daru tampak naik ke rooftop sembari memawa tas ransel dan tas belanja.
Namun saat turun, tas-tas tersebut sudah tak lagi dibawa oleh korban.
Meski begitu, Ade belum mengungkap secara detail terkait aktivitas Arya Daru selama di rooftop tersebut.
Menurut Ade, proses penyelidikan kasus kematian Arya Daru masih terus berjalan untuk mengungkap apakah ada unsur pidana atau tidak.
Hingga saat ini, sudah ada 15 orang saksi yang dimintai keterangan oleh penyidik.
Mereka berasal dari lingkungan kamar kos, tempat kerja di Kemenlu, dan keluarga korban.
Kepolisian memastikan proses penyelidikan tidak menemukan hambatan serta mengedepankan prinsip scientific investigation.
Sebagai informasi, Arya Daru ditemukan meninggal dunia di kamar kosnya di kawasan Gondangdia Kecil, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat pada Selasa (8/7) pagi.
Saat ditemukan, kepala korban terbungkus plastik dan terlilit lakban.
Adapun posisi tubuhnya berada di atas tempat tidur dan tertutup selimut.
Pintu kamar korban pun dalam keadaan terkunci dari dalam dan tak ada tanda-tanda kerusakan ataupun kehilangan barang di kosan Arya Daru.
