我們常常遇到問題就找答案，卻很少檢查，這個問題到底有沒有解決的必要。路徑依賴會讓人把過去的做法當成唯一的路；害怕失去，又讓我們不敢改變原來的經營結構。於是，所有努力都用來維持那個讓自己受困的前提。
