JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Pengacara Hotman Paris mengaku sempat memberikan usul agar Advokat kondang seperti Otto Hasibuan dan Yusril Ihza Mahendra dapat menjadi kuasa hukum dari Pegi Setiawan."Begitu Pegi ditangkap yang pertama kali meminta agar Pegi dibela oleh pengacara kaliber nasional adalah Hotman. Saya yang mengusulkan agar Pegi dapat keadilan agar ditunjuk pengacaranya eks dari tim Prabowo yakni Yusril dan Otto Hasibuan, itu usulan dari saya pertama," ungkap Hotman dalam konferensi pers, di Jakarta, Selasa (11/6/2024).
Hal itu diungkap Hotman perihal dirinya sempat mendapatkan kritikan atau komentar dari netizen akun media sosial Tik Tok.
"Ada yang medsos comber, medsos kayak sakit jiwa yang mengatakan seolah-olah tim Hotman 911 sudah agak mulai melemah, seolah-olah karena ini terkait kasus narkoba, seolah-olah karena Hotman ini dulu pengacaranya Teddy Minahasa itu jelas-jelas orang-orang yang sakit jiwa mengatakan itu di Tik Tok," kata Hotman di kawasan Jakarta Utara.
