Ram Mandir SC Hearing: राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अहम सुनवाई | India TVराम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी मामले में आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अहम सुनवाई होगी... मामले की सुनवाई मुख्य न्यायाधीश सूर्यकांत की अध्यक्षता वाली जस्टिस जॉयमाल्या बागची और जस्टिस वी. मोहना की तीन जजों की पीठ करेगी.. राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी से जुड़ी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 4 याचिकाएं दायर की गई है... जिनमें चढ़ाना चोरी की कोर्ट की निगरानी में CBI से जांच कराने की मांग की गई है.. इस बीच राम मंदिर में चढ़ावा चोरी की जांच कर रही SIT आज एक बार फिर अयोध्या पहुंचेगी... लखनऊ के कमिश्नर विजय विश्वास पंत की अगुवाई में गठित SIT फाइनल रिपोर्ट तैयार करने के लिए अयोध्या पहुंच रही है... सूत्रों की मानें तो... 15 जुलाई को शासन को अंतिम जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपने की तैयारी कर रही है.... इस जांच रिपोर्ट में चढ़ावा चोरी रोकने के लिए AI निगरानी का सुझाव दे सकती है .... वहीं चढ़ावा चोरी के आरोपियों पर पुलिस का शिकंजा और कस गया है.. पुलिस ने आरोपी रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू यादव और सुभाष श्रीवास्तव की सात दिन की रिमांड मांगी है... वहीं विपक्ष राम मंदिर मुद्दे पर बीजेपी और संघ को घेरने में जुटी है..
The Supreme Court will hold a crucial hearing today in the Ram Temple offering theft case. A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi, and Justice V. Mohana will hear the case. Four petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court regarding the Ram Temple offering theft, seeking a court-monitored CBI investigation into the theft. Meanwhile, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating the Ram Temple offering theft will return to Ayodhya today. The SIT, led by Lucknow Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant, is arriving in Ayodhya to prepare its final report. Sources indicate that it is preparing to submit its final investigation report to the government on July 15th. The investigation report may suggest AI surveillance to prevent offering theft. Meanwhile, the police have tightened their grip on the offering theft accused. The police have sought seven-day remand for accused Ramshankar Yadav alias Tinnu Yadav and Subhash Srivastava. Meanwhile, the opposition is busy cornering the BJP and the RSS on the Ram Temple issue.
