Direktur BUMD Ditangkap Setelah Terlibat Kasus Penipuan Cek Kosong untuk Beli 15 Ton Daging Ayam

KOMPAS.TV - Terlibat kasus penipuan cek kosong untuk beli 15 ton daging ayam beku, seorang Direktur Utama Badan Usaha Milik Daerah di Kabupaten Bandung Barat ditangkap polisi.

Akibat penipuan ini, korban rugi lebih dari Rp659 juta.

Satreskrim Polres Cimahi menetapkan D-R-F sebagai tersangka tindak pidana penipuan dan penggelapan, dengan memalsukan transaksi pembelian ayam beku sebanyak 15 ton dari sebuah perusahaan penyedia.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Cimahi mengatakan, transaksi itu dilakukan tersangka pada awal April lalu, dengan menyerahkan selembar cek senilai Rp659.970.000 kepada korban sebagai alat pembayaran.

Atas perbuatannya, tersangka terancam pidana maksimal empat tahun penjara.
