Ley contra el Odio posiblemente será reformada, informó el diputado JOrge Rodríguez

El diputado Jorge Rodríguez informó esta noche en la sesión de la Asamblea Nacional que la Comisión de Convivencia y Paz está estudiando los alcances y una posible reforma de la Ley contra el Odio.Así lo informó durante el debate de la Ley de Amnistía, luego de que el diputado opositor Pablo Pérez pidiera añadir en el artículo 8 (sobre los hechos que abarca esa ley) hechos de naturaleza sindical (dado que hay numerosos trabajadores detenidos) y personas acusadas por la Ley contra el Odio.
Jorge Rodríguez explica que la Ley de Amnistía se refiere a hechos, no a personas en particular. "No podemos abarcar hechos que pudieran abarcar a toda la población penal de Venezuela, si lo hacemos con esa amplitud".
Propuso que, dado que en el artículo 15 se aprobará una comisión de seguimiento, en dicha comisión lo primero que se estudiará serán estos casos.
Dijo Rodríguez que "la Ley contra el Odio es muy útil" pero que la comisión está estudiando los alcances de esa ley. "Hubo casos de mala utilización de la Ley contra el Odio", reconoció Jorge Rodríguez, y dijo que la Comisión está estudiando pedir una reforma de la misma.
