Pengunggah Video Viral Polisi Kejar Pajero Pelat Palsu Dijerat UU ITE
Polisi mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap pengemudi mobil Pajero Sport yang viral dikejar karena menggunakan pelat palsu. Sopir tersebut dijemput pada Jumat 31 Mei 2024 lantaran tidak kunjung melakukan klarifikasi.Subdit Gakkum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya melakukan klarifikasi dan menghadirkan pemilik dan pengemudi Pajero dengan pelat palsu tersebut.
Dalam keterangannya, pengemudi Pajero bernama Jon Heri (43) mengaku tidak berhenti saat diberhentikan Polisi karena atas perintah pemilik Pajero yang saat itu juga ada di dalam mobil. Sementara, pemilik Pajero Andi (44) mengaku tidak menghentikan kendaraannya karena pelat nomor yang digunakan tidak sesuai.
Sementara itu, Supendi, pemilik akun Tiktok Walangsungsang yang juga perekam dan pengupload video hoaks tersebut penyerahkan diri ke Subdit Gakkum Polda Metro Jaya usai dilakukan pencarian. Supendi mengakui semua perbuatannya.
