В тот же день ликвидирована радиолокационная станция «Небо-У» в оккупированном Крыму и повреждены военные эшелоны в районе Акмака. На этом фоне российские НПЗ и объекты ВПК сталкиваются с серьёзными сбоями. Саратовский НПЗ остановил первичную переработку как минимум до конца месяца (порядка 6 млн тонн в год — более 2% общероссийской переработки), что бьёт по логистике, запасам топлива и доходам Кремля.
