(LaPresse) - Nel parco dell’Ospedale San Luigi Gonzaga di Orbassano è stata inaugurata Rivitere, la prima vigna terapeutica integrata in un ospedale pubblico italiano, dedicata alla riabilitazione di pazienti con disabilità neurologiche, malattie oncologiche e croniche. Il progetto, ideato da Citiculture, porta le attività riabilitative all’aperto, utilizzando la cura della vite per lavorare su movimento, equilibrio, coordinazione, manualità, autonomia e relazione. La vigna si estende su circa 900 metri quadrati e comprende 390 barbatelle di varietà Piwi, oltre a un’area sensoriale con piante aromatiche e vegetazione pensata per le attività terapeutiche. Lo spazio è stato dotato anche di sistemi di monitoraggio IoT e strumenti per la raccolta di dati, con l’obiettivo di studiare scientificamente i benefici della riabilitazione a contatto con la natura. Realizzato con il sostegno di diversi partner e sponsor, il progetto è stato inaugurato alla presenza del presidente della Regione Piemonte Alberto Cirio e del vicepresidente Maurizio Marrone.
