Adapun kemunculan Pak RT bertepatan saat sidang praperadilan Pegi Setiawan sebagai tersangka.
Kini Pak RT berani muncul ke publik dengan membawa kuasa hukum.
Inilah tampang Pak RT dan Kahfi yang hanya berada di dalam mobil saat ditemui awak media.
Keduanya kompak menutupi wajah dengan masker dan hanya melambaikan tangan.
Anggota tim kuasa hukum Pasren, Brigjen Pol Purn Siswandi mengatakan sang klien dalam keadaan sehat.
Siswandi mengatakan Pasren tetap konsisten dengan keterangannya pada 2016 silam.
Yakni lima terpidana tidak berada di rumahnya saat peristiwa kematian Vina dan Eky.
"Lima terpidana tidak tidur di rumahnya," ucapnya.
Sementara, kuasa hukum Pasren yang lain yakni Pitra Romadoni Nasution mengatakan warga Saladara melakukan aksi unjuk rasa pada malam hari.
Ia mengatakan Pasren dan keluarga mengalami intimidasi, termasuk aksi unjuk rasa tersebut.
"Di mana, sebelum kami pegang ini, banyaknya intimidasi yang dialami Pasren dan keluarga yang dibuktikan dengan adanya aksi unjuk rasa pada malam hari."
Terlebih Pitra menyoroti, aksi unjuk rasa yang tidak wajar dilakukan pada malam hari hingga warga membawa poster bertuliskan 'Dicari RT Pasren' selama demo tersebut.
