(alberto giulini) Avrebbe colpito con testate al volto un giovane di 25 anni per rubargli una collana in oro. Per un 28enne egiziano, senza fissa dimora, è scattata la custodia cautelare in carcere. Il provvedimento è stato eseguito nei giorni scorsi dai carabinieri di Po Vanchiglia. L’episodio contestato risale alla notte del 29 gennaio, in via Cialdini. Il 28enne, con l’aiuto di un complice, avrebbe individuato la vittima sulla linea 9 del tram e lo avrebbe preso d’assalto appena sceso dal mezzo. Il malcapitato, un 25enne cinese, è stato colpito con testate al volto e derubato della collana in oro che indossava. Il rapinatore e il suo complice sono stati individuati e riconosciuti grazie alle immagini registrate dalle telecamere di videosorveglianza e all’incrocio con testimonianze e attività tecniche. Il 28enne è stato accompagnato al Lorusso e Cutugno di Torino con l’accusa di rapina in concorso. Al complice il provvedimento è stato notificato in carcere, dove era già recluso per altri reati.
