SPEKTAKULÄRER FUND: Tausende Dino-Fußabdrücke in Bolivien entdeckt!Ein Sensationsfund in den bolivianischen Anden: Im Toro-Toro-Nationalpark entdecken Wissenschaftler mehr als 16.000 Dino-Fußabdrücke – Weltrekord. Die Spuren sind rund 60 Millionen Jahre alt und liefern seltene Einblicke in das Verhalten der Dinosaurier kurz vor ihrem Massenaussterben. Neben den Abdrücken finden Forscher Schleifspuren von Theropodenschwänzen sowie Hinweise auf schwimmende Raubdinosaurier in einem versteinerten Seegrund.
Auffällig ist, dass es in der Region kaum Knochenfunde gibt. Das deutet darauf hin, dass die Saurier das Gebiet möglicherweise nur als Durchzugsroute nutzten. Viele Fragen sind offen, doch die Entdeckung gilt schon jetzt als wissenschaftlicher Meilenstein.
