Serba-Serbi SPMB 2025: SD Negeri di Semarang Kekurangan Siswa, Sekolah Favorit Diserbu
KOMPAS.TV - Fenomena anomali terjadi di Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Sejumlah sekolah kekurangan siswa, sementara sekolah favorit justru diserbu pendaftar.Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang membuka SPMB gelombang kedua akibat sepinya peminat. Tercatat, 36 SD negeri di Kota Semarang masih kekurangan siswa.
Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang menyebut pihaknya telah berkoordinasi dengan Wali Kota Semarang dan menyiapkan peraturan wali kota beserta petunjuk teknis penyelenggaraan SPMB gelombang kedua.
Di sisi lain, SMP Negeri 22 Kota Semarang yang merupakan sekolah favorit di Kecamatan Gunungpati diserbu para orang tua yang ingin menyekolahkan anaknya.
Kepala SMPN 22 membenarkan hal ini. Di hari kedua pendaftaran online, jumlah pendaftar sudah mencapai lebih dari 200 orang, padahal kuota siswa baru hanya 256.
SPMB untuk tingkat SMP tahun ini dibuka melalui empat jalur, yaitu domisili, afirmasi, mutasi, dan prestasi. Tercatat, ada sekitar 23 kelurahan yang masuk dalam zonasi SMPN 22 Semarang.
