Pegi Setiawan siap Jadi Saksi Sidang PK Para Terpidana Kasus Pembunuhan Vina dan Eky
CIREBON, KOMPASTV - Pegi Setiawan menyatakan siap menjadi saksi dalam pengajuan kembali (PK) para terpidana di kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky."Jika dibutuhkan ya saya bersedia. Karena tidak ada keterkaitan dengan saya, ya saya serahkan ke kuasa hukum," kata Pegi.
Upaya Pegi ini juga dilakukan bersama tim kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan yang akan menentukan langkah bantuan tersebut.
"Pegi tidak ada keterkaitan dengan para terpidana. Pegi tidak mengenal mereka hanya tahu mereka kalau ke sekolah. Yang Pegi lihat mereka paling duduk di warung," kata Kuasa Hukum Pegi, Sugiyanti.
Lebih lanjut Sugiyanti menerangkan Pegi hanya mengenal Sudirman pemuda yang dikenal sebagai anak berkebutuhan khusus.
"kalau Sudirman teman SD, tahunya ketika dia kelas 1 SD, lalu tidak pernah berteman dekat. Mudah-mudahan Sudirman juga bisa keluar ya, berkebutuhan khusus, dan bisa didampingi psikiater," kata Sugiyanti.
