Sementara itu, warga sipil dilaporkan menyerang pasukan Israel yang tiba untuk mencegah serangan tersebut.
Sebanyak 30 pemukim dikabarkan melemparkan batu ke arah tentara Israel sebelum tembakan dilepaskan.
Akibatnya puluhan perwira tinggi militer Israel turut diserang oleh pemukim Zionis.
Pasukan IDF merespons aksi kekerasan itu dengan melepaskan tembakan peringatan ke udara.
Lantas, situasi ini menyoroti ketegangan internal antara pemukim Israel dan aparat keamanannya di Tepi Barat.
