È in corso un sopralluogo dei carabinieri del Ris, della squadra Mobile della polizia e della Procura di Bologna in via Italo Svevo 4, dove lo scorso 19 luglio è morto, durante un intervento della polizia, il 42enne Abderrahim Fakir. Sulla vicenda il pool di magistrati che sta indagando ha iscritto 6 persone nel registro preliminare 45 bis: si tratta dei due agenti intervenuti per fermare il 42enne e di quattro volontari della Croce Rossa presenti anche loro in via Svevo quando è morto Fakir.
