찜기에 10~13분 정도 쪘더니 새빨갛게 변한 랍스터가
너무 먹음직스럽더라구요!
반으로 툭 갈라보니 내장도 가득하고
크기는 작지만 살도 아주 실해요!
치즈소스에 듬뿍 찍어 먹어보면
탱글탱글한 식감에 한 번! 천연 감칠맛에 또 한 번!
반할수밖에 없는 식감과 맛에 너무 행복하더라구요
짭조름하면서 달큼한 내장까지!
역시 저는 갑각류를 제일 좋아하는게 분명하네요..
