यूपी में अधिकारियों की मनमानी पर नकेल कसने की तैयारी शुरू हो गई है.. योगी सरकार अब ये अनिवार्य करने जा रही है कि अधिकारियों को विधायकों और जनप्रतिनिधियों का फोन उठाना होगा.. और किसी कारणवश वो फोन नहीं उठा पाते हैं तो 10 मिनट के भीतर उस विधायक या जनप्रतिनिधि को कॉलबैक करना होगा.. अगर ऐसा नहीं किया जाता है तो फिर इसका अलर्ट कमांड सेंटर भेजा जाएगा.. इसके लिए योगी सरकार अब एक ऐप डेवलप कर रही है.. जिसका नाम संवाद सेतु रखा गया है.. इस ऐप के जरिए जनप्रतिनिधियों और अफसरों के बीच संवाद स्थापित किया जाएगा.. जिसे 25 फरवरी को पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तौर पर हरदोई, गाजियाबाद और कन्नौज से शुरुआत की जाएगी.. इसमें सरकारी अफसरों के सीयूजी नंबर पर ही ये सुविधा दी जाएगी.. दरअसल, यूपी विधानसभा में इस बार विधायकों ने अफसरों द्वारा फोन नहीं उठाए जाने का मुद्दा उठाया था .. जिसके बाद विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने आदेश दिया था कि सभी अधिकारियों को विधायकों का फोन उठाना अनिवार्य है.. ऐसे में यूपी सरकार इसके लिए ऐप डेवलप कर रही है...Preparations have begun to crack down on the arbitrary behavior of officials in Uttar Pradesh. The Yogi government is now making it mandatory for officials to answer calls from MLAs and public representatives. If they are unable to do so for some reason, they must call back the MLA or public representative within 10 minutes. If this is not done, an alert will be sent to the command center. To this end, the Yogi government is developing an app, named Samvad Setu, to facilitate communication between public representatives and officials. This app will be launched as a pilot project on February 25th in Hardoi, Ghaziabad, and Kannauj. This facility will be provided only on the CUG numbers of government officials. In fact, this time in the UP Assembly, MLAs raised the issue of officers not answering calls. After which the Speaker ordered that all officials must answer MLAs' calls. Consequently, the UP government is developing an app for this purpose.
