Menurut BNPB, sebanyak 9 orang meninggal dunia, 2 orang masih dinyatakan hilang, dan 620 jiwa terdampak langsung.
“Sebanyak sembilan orang ditemukan dalam kondisi meninggal dunia, dua orang hilang, dan sebanyak 202 Kepala Keluarga atau 620 jiwa terdampak,” ujar Abdul Muhari, Kepala Pusat Data, Informasi, dan Komunikasi Kebencanaan BNPB, dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta, Rabu (10/9/2025) malam.
BMKG Wilayah III Denpasar mencatat curah hujan harian mencapai lebih dari 150 mm, masuk kategori ekstrem.
Hujan ekstrem sejak Selasa (9/9/2025) malam memicu banjir bandang.
Banjir mulai meluas pada Rabu (10/9/2025) dini hari, merendam pemukiman, merobohkan bangunan, dan memutus akses jalan.
Akibatnya tercatat 123 titik genangan, 18 titik longsor, dan 16 bangunan roboh.
Saat ini operasi lapangan difokuskan pada upaya evakuasi warga terdampak.
Selain itu juga pembersihan daerah yang sudah surut air dan koordinasi penanganan darurat bersama BPBD kabupaten/kota dan instansi terkait lainnya.
