Existen cuatro puntos cardinales que pueden orientar una relación sana: positividad, aprecio, curiosidad y bondad. Expresar cariño, usar el sentido del humor, escuchar con interés o reaccionar con entusiasmo ante una buena noticia son gestos cotidianos que fortalecen el vínculo y hacen que el otro se sienta visto, valorado y querido.
También recuerda que nuestra mente suele tener “velcro para lo malo y teflón para lo bueno”, por eso cultivar el aprecio es una decisión diaria.
