PLO | Chân dung La ‘điên’ và những chiêu trò móc nối, điều khiển khiến 5 cán bộ ‘ngã ngựa’.Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Mạnh La - Nguyễn Sơn La (biệt danh là La ‘điên’), bị bắt để điều tra về tội lợi dụng chức vụ, quyền hạn trong khi thi hành công vụ. Sáng 13-6, Công an tỉnh Thái Bình cho biết ngày 12-6, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh đã ra quyết định khởi tố vụ án, khởi tố bị can, ra lệnh bắt bị can để tạm giam đối với Nguyễn Sơn La (67 tuổi, thường trú tại phường Đề Thám, TP Thái Bình) về tội lợi dụng chức vụ, quyền hạn trong khi thi hành công vụ.
Bước đầu, công an xác định La ‘điên’ đã có hành vi móc nối, chi phối cán bộ, cơ quan chức năng để làm trái quy định của pháp luật về đất đai, gây hậu quả đặc biệt nghiêm trọng.Các quyết định và lệnh nêu trên đã được VKSND tỉnh Thái Bình phê chuẩn. Theo Công an Thái Bình, Nguyễn Sơn La, thường gọi La "điên" từng có một tiền án về tội trộm cắp tài sản. Năm 2005, La "điên" thành lập và làm Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Mạnh La, địa chỉ tại đường phường Đề Thám, TP Thái Bình; đăng ký với 53 ngành nghề kinh doanh khác nhau.
