JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - RUU Perampasan Aset yang jadi tuntutan publik untuk segera disahkan, kini masuk dalam Program Legislasi Nasional Prioritas 2025.
Anggota Komisi III DPR, Benny K. Harman, bilang DPR harus membuka partisipasi publik dalam pembahasan RUU.
Benny menyatakan, masuknya RUU Perampasan Aset ke Prolegnas Prioritas 2025 sebagai respons cepat atas tuntutan publik. Namun, Benny tak menjamin RUU Perampasan Aset bakal disahkan tahun ini. Yang terpenting, menurutnya, adalah pembahasan tentang RUU ini dimulai.
Menteri Hukum, Supratman Andi Agtas, bilang pemerintah siap untuk membahas RUU Perampasan Aset bersama DPR.
Menurut Supratman, keputusan pemerintah dan DPR agar RUU Perampasan Aset segera dibahas merupakan bukti keberhasilan pertemuan Presiden Prabowo dan ketua umum partai politik.
Sebelumnya, Ketua Baleg DPR, Bob Hasan, bilang tak perlu lagi ada perdebatan soal usulan pembahasan, karena RUU Perampasan Aset sudah resmi jadi inisiatif DPR.
Bob menambahkan, RUU Perampasan Aset jadi prioritas diselesaikan tahun 2025.
