In her talk, Sofia presents statistical data highlighting persistent gender disparities worldwide and within Switzerland, including gaps in pay, variations in violence against women, and illiteracy rates. Aware of the privilege that access to quality education represents, she aims to use her academic path to support women who are denied educational opportunities, advocating for dialogue in sustainable solutions to gender inequality.
