오늘은 육회에 우니를 올린 우니육회랑 불닭볶음면이에요!

육회는 대전 중리시장 정육점에서 사온 건데
당일 도축한 소라고 해서 그런지
확실히 신선하고 찰진 식감이 예술이더라구요
질기지 않고 부드럽게 풀리는 식감이라
입안에서 사르르 녹는다는 표현이 딱 맞는 육회였어요

여기에 우니를 올려서 같이 먹었는데
이게 진짜 포인트예요!
우니 특유의 바다 향이 너무 세게 튀지 않고
고기 위에 크림처럼 얹히면서
전체 맛을 부드럽게 감싸주는 느낌이었어요
육회의 담백한 고소함 위에
우니의 진한 감칠맛이 자연스럽게 더해져서
각자 노는 맛이 아니라 하나로 이어지는 맛이었어요.

그리고 오늘은 불닭볶음면이
평소보다 유독 더 맵게 느껴지더라구요
처음엔 “와~ 맵다” 소리가 바로 나올 정도였는데
중간에 곁들인 치즈 덕분에 끝까지 맛있게 먹을 수 있었어요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
