Kemudian tunjuk pulak cara buat bawang goreng rangup dan cara buat sambal kering untuk digaul sekali. Bahan-bahan nya simple aja, tapi cukup mantap makan nasi tak cukup sepinggan. Makan dengan bubur pon layan.
Paru ni tak mahal macam daging lembu, menjadi sedap kalau kena masakannya.

Bahan-bahan paru goreng:
600g paru lembu
2 inci halia
1/2 sb garam
Air (untuk rebus)
1 sk serbuk ketumbar
1 sk serbuk kunyit
Sedikit garam
2 keping asam gelugor
Bahan-bahan bawang goreng:
10 biji bawang merah ros
1 sk garam
2 sb tepung beras
Bahan-bahan sambal kering:
20-25 biji cili kering
1 sb gula
1/2 sb serbuk seasoning
Sedikit garam

600g beef lung
2 inches ginger
1/2 tbsp salt
Water (for boiling)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
A little bit of salt
2 pieces tamarind slice
Fried onion ingredients:
10 shallots
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice flour
Dry sambal ingredients:
20-25 dried chilies
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp seasoning powder
A little bit of salt
