In this emotional and deeply personal TEDx talk, Adetayo “Tutipsy” Manuwa shares how a simple moment with a 91-year-old man in a retirement home revealed the invisible assumptions people carry about each other, and how human connection can slowly transform strangers into trust.

Through powerful storytelling, humour, and real-life moments from his work with the One Community Project - an intergenerational initiative he founded in 2019- Adetayo shows how repeated encounters between people can slowly change perceptions and build trust.
