El activista recuerda que la verdadera división no la provocan los exiliados, sino 66 años de dictadura y corrupción. Para Otaola, la respuesta del régimen —con propaganda, negaciones y ataques al exilio— confirma que su prioridad no es el pueblo, sino mantener el control del relato incluso en medio de la tragedia.
