El ANTES y DESPUÉS de EEUU en el MUNDO con la TREGUA en IRÁN
ÚLTIMA HORA, TRUMP AFIRMA ACEPTAR las 10 demandas de Irán para poner fin a la guerra a cambio de la reapertura del estrecho de Ormuz.Esto sería una victoria sin precedentes para Irán y una humillante derrota para Estados Unidos a la par que un cambio total del estatus Quo de la zona.
Recordemos que dichos puntos son:
1) Garantizar que no habrá futuros ataques contra Irán.
Irán exige garantías vinculantes de que Estados Unidos e Israel no lanzarán más ataques.
2) Levantamiento total de las sanciones.
Deben levantarse todas las sanciones estadounidenses e internacionales contra Irán.
3) Fin de las operaciones israelíes en el Líbano.
Israel debe detener los ataques contra Hezbolá y su actividad en general en el Líbano.
4) Fin permanente de la guerra, no un alto el fuego temporal.
Irán rechaza explícitamente un alto el fuego a corto plazo e insiste en el cese total y duradero de las hostilidades.
5) Reapertura del estrecho de Ormuz
Irán acepta levantar el bloqueo y permitir que se reanude el transporte marítimo mundial.
6) Tarifa de tránsito de 2 millones de dólares por barco.
Los barcos que pasaran por el estrecho de Ormuz pagarían una tasa que se repartiría entre Irán y Omán.
7) Reconstrucción en lugar de compensación directa
Irán utilizaría su parte de los derechos de envío para reconstruir la infraestructura dañada en lugar de exigir reparaciones de guerra directas.
8) Protocolo para la navegación marítima segura
Se establecería un sistema formal para garantizar el tránsito seguro a través del estrecho de Ormuz.
9) Reconocimiento de la posición de fuerza de Irán
La propuesta se basa en la afirmación de Irán de tener la ventaja militar y estratégica.
10) Marco regional más amplio para la desescalada
Incluye el cese de las hostilidades más amplias vinculadas al conflicto, más allá de los enfrentamientos directos entre Estados Unidos e Irán.
