Sartén de 18-20 cm de diametro / 4 o 6 porciones

Ingredientes:
👉🏻2 huevos
👉🏻70 g de yogur griego sin azúcar o Leche/bebida vegetal
👉🏻2-4 cdas de endulzante granulado con o sin calorías *endulza al gusto
👉🏻 70 g de H.arroz, avena o trigo
👉🏻 70 g de Almendras o más arroz, avena o trigo
Nota
*Si usas un solo tipo de harina es posible que la mezcla te quede más espesa y en ese caso añade 1-3 cdas de leche hasta tener la textura que se muestra en el vídeo.

👉🏻 1 cda polvo para hornear
👉🏻Agrándanos 100 g

🔥 Cocción en Horno por 15-20 min a 180c
🔥 En sartén por 12-15 min a fuego super bajito
🔥 Freiodora de Aire 15 min a 180 c
