- 1 sudu besar Adela Vanaspati
- 400g isi ayam
- 2 sudu kecil serbuk cili
- 1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
- 1 sudu kecil garam masala
- 1 sudu kecil garam
- 1 sudu kecil lada hitam
- 2 ulas bawang putih
- 1 inci halia
- 2 sudu besar yogurt
- 2 sudu besar Adela Vanaspati
- 1 biji bawang besar
- 2 ulas bawang putih
- 100g kacang gajus
- 1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
- 1/2 sudu kecil garam masala
- 1 tin tomato
Cara membuat
1. Mula-mula cairkan Adela Vanaspati kemudia masukkan ke dalam mangkuk dan ketepikan dahulu
2. Kemudian campurkan isi ayam bersama serbuk cili, serbuk kunyit, garam masala, garam, lada hitam, bawang putih, halia, yogurt dan vanaspati yang dicairkan. Gaul rata
3. Setelah itu, susun di atas dulang dan bakar sebentar

6. Masukkan ke dalam pengisar, kisar halus
7. Keluarkan ayam tadi dan tuangkan bahan kisar di dalam periuk berserta ayam. Gaul sebati
8. Hidangkan dalam mangkuk bersama yogurt dan potongan cili
