สัปดาห์หน้าภาคเหนือ และภาคอีสาน อุณหภูมิลดลงอีก ติดตามในฝนฟ้าอากาศกับคุณนภัสกรณ์ต้นสัปดาห์หน้า จะมีฝนตก และลมกระโชกแรง หลังจากนั้นอุณหภูมิจะลดลง
เนื่องจาก มวลอากาศเย็นกำลังแรงอีกระลอกจากประเทศจีน จะแผ่เสริมลงมาปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ทำให้บริเวณดังกล่าว มีฝนตกและลมกระโชกแรง หลังจากนั้นอุณหภูมิจะลดลงอีก อากาศเย็นถึงหนาวในตอนเช้า ภาคอีสาน อุณหภูมิลดลง 4-7 องศาเซลเซียส ส่วนทางภาคเหนือ อุณหภูมิจะลดลง 2-4 องศาเซลเซียส ส่วนภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก อุณหภูมิจะลดลง 1-3 องศาเซลเซียส ส่วนภาคใต้จะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักถึง หนักมากบางแห่ง
สภาพอากาศแต่ละภาค
ภาคเหนือ มีอากาศเย็นถึงหนาว และอุณหภูมิลดลง 3-5 องศาเซลเซียส ฝนตก 30-40% ของพื้นที่ กับมีลมกระโชกแรง ส่วนวันที่ 17-18 พฤศจิกายน ยอดดอย อุณหภูมิต่ำสุด 6 องศาเซลเซียส
ภาคอีสาน อากาศเย็นถึงหนาว อุณหภูมิลดลง 4-7 องศาเซลเซียส กับมีลมแรง ฝนตก 30-40% ของพื้นที่ ยอดภู อุณหภูมิต่ำสุด 6 องศาเซลเซียส
ภาคกลาง อากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า อุณหภูมิลดลง 2-4 องศาเซลเซียส ฝนตก 30-40% ของพื้นที่ อุณหภูมิต่ำสุด 18 องศาเซลเซียส
ภาคตะวันออก อากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า อุณหภูมิลดลง 1-3 องศาเซลเซียส ฝนตก 40-60% ของพื้นที่ กับมีลมกระโชกแรง ทะเลคลื่นสูง 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อุณหภูมิต่ำสุด 20 องศาเซลเซียส
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 60-80% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักได้บางแห่ง ทะเลมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ส่วนในช่วงวันที่ 18-20 พฤศจิกายน อาจมีคลื่นสูงได้ถึง 3 เมตร
กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล อากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า และอุณหภูมิจะลดลงอีก 2-4 องศาเซลเซียส ฝนตกได้ 40-60% ของพื้นที่ กับมีลมกระโชกแรง
