7 Keluarga Terpidana Kasus Vina Cirebon Sepakat Laporkan Iptu Rudiana ke Bareskrim Mabes Polri
Keluarga tujuh narapidana kasus Eky dan Vina Cirebon akan melaporkan Iptu Rudiana kepada Markas Besar Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Mabes Polri), Rabu (17/7/2024).Di Bareskrim Mabes Polri, keluarga narapidana akan diwakili oleh tim advokat dari Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) dan politisi Dedi Mulyadi.
Salah satu perwakilan keluarga, Kosim Supriyadi yang merupakan orang tua dari Eko Ramadhani menjelaskan bahwa pelaporan terhadap Iptu Rudiana dilakukan karena ayah korban atas nama Eky itu dianggap telah melanggar prosedur saat penangkapan para narapidana.
Penangkapan seharusnya dilakukan oleh anggota Reskrim Umum (Krimum), namun kenyataannya dilakukan oleh Reskrim Narkoba dari satuan Iptu Rudiana.
Dengan dilaporkannya Iptu Rudiana oleh keluarga narapidana, diharapkan Iptu Rudiana dapat menjelaskan fakta sebenarnya sehingga kasus ini dapat menemui titik terang.
