Delhi Building Collapse: कांग्रेस का छात्र संगठन NSUI और ABVP आमने-सामने | Satyaniketan | India TVदिल्ली में बार बार हादसे क्यों हो रहे हैं-- कभी होटल में आग लगने से मौत.. कभी कोचिंग सेंटर के बेसमेंट में पानी भरने से छात्रों की मौत.. और अब मोतीबाग में बिल्डिंग गिरने से छात्रों की मौत-- दिल्ली में बार बार इस तरह के हादसे क्यों होते हैं- इन मौतों का जिम्मेदार कौन है.. दिल्ली के मोतीबाग में अभी भी सर्च ऑपरेशन जारी है.. 24 घँटे हो चुके हैं-- मलबे के नीचे अभी भी लोगों के दबे होने की आशंका है.. वहीं हादसे में मरने वालों छात्रों की तादात बढ़कर 7 हो गई है... कल से चल रहे रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में अबतक 12 लोगों को मलबे से निकाला जा चुका है.. दिल्ली की सीएम रेखा गुप्ता ने मजिस्ट्रेट जांच के आदेश दिए है.. बिल्डिंग मालिक हरिराम बंसल के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करके उसकी तलाश की जा रही है.. वो फरार है.. दिल्ली पुलिस ने हरिराम बंसल को पकड़ने के लिए 10 टीमे बनाई है.. जो दिल्ली..हरियाणा और यूपी में रेड डाल रही हैं.. हरिराम बंसल के खिलाफ पुलिस ने लुकआउट नोटिस भी जारी किया है- लेकिन सवाल ये है कि क्या इस हादसे का ज़िम्मेदार सिर्फ बिल्डिंग ओनर है-- या फिर एमसीडी और पुलिस की लापरवाही भी इसकी वजह है..

But the question is, is this true? Is the building owner solely responsible for the accident? Or is the negligence of the MCD and the police also a factor?
