'한국병'에 빠진 중국·외국인, 주식시장에 무슨 일이

오늘은 중국에서 확산 중인 신조어, ‘서울병’을 짚어봅니다.
한강과 한국 문화를 그리워하는 현상이 단순한 여행 후유증을 넘어, 한국을 일상의 기준점으로 삼는 새로운 흐름으로 나타나고 있는데요.
실제 올해 들어 7월까지 한국을 찾은 중국인 관광객은 약 313만 명, 전년 대비 16.8% 늘며 빠른 회복세를 보이고 있습니다.

이전처럼 면세점 쇼핑 위주가 아닌, 공연·뷰티·카페 같은 체험형 소비가 중심이 되면서 엔터·콘텐츠 산업 전반으로 파급력이 확산될 전망입니다.

증시에서도 외국인 매수세가 뚜렷합니다. 최근 3개월 누적 기준 외국인은 개인·기관보다 많은 규모를 사들였고, 외국인 지분율은 32.5%로 연초 이후 최고치에 올라섰습니다.

개인투자자들의 대기자금, 예탁금 역시 72조 원을 넘어 탄탄한 실탄을 확보한 상태인데요.
결국 외국인의 ‘한국병’이 언제까지 이어질지, 그리고 개인들의 실탄이 언제 움직일지가 향후 시장의 방향을 가를 관전 포인트입니다.
