Anekdota říká, že schopnost právníků mluvit o všem a o ničem je z hlediska jejich kariéry minimálně stejně důležitá, jako opravdová znalost právních pravidel. Jaké zrcadlo tedy tomuto “ukecanému” oboru nastavuje technologický vývoj? Jaká očekávání máme spojená s komunikací o právu? Co čekáme od právníků a co od jazykových modelů? A existuje vlastně v právu něco jako správná odpověď? V průběhu přednášky probereme současné poznatky o interakci mezi lidmi a počítači v právní doméně a zkusíme se zamyslet nad tím, kudy vede cesta dál. Jakub Harašta působí na Právnické fakultě MU. Na tamním Ústavu práva a technologií se věnuje právní informatice, kybernetické bezpečnosti a elektronickým důkazům. Najdete ho v podstatě kdekoli, kde se právo potkává s technologiemi dostatečně na to, aby šlo hodně o technologie a málo o právo. Vedle práv vystudoval ještě bezpečnostní studia. Pedagogicky a výzkumně hostoval na University of Haifa. Absolvoval akademické stáže na univerzitách v Krakově, Exeteru a Řezně, stejně jako výzkumné pobyty v Centru excelence NATO v Tallinnu, na Institutu Maxe Plancka v Bonnu, nebo na Carnegie Mellon University v Pittsburghu.
