[FULL] Klaim Semua Fraksi Parpol Setuju Wacana Amandemen UUD, MKD Putuskan Bamsoet Langgar Kode Etik
Mahkamah Kehormatan Dewan (MKD) DPR RI memutuskan Ketua MPR RI Bambang Soesatyo atau Bamsoet melanggar kode etik dalam menyebarkan informasi mengenai wacara amandemen UUD 1945.Bamsoet dianggap tidak menyampaikan sesuai fakta, di mana ada klaim semua parpol setuju. Namun, MKD memutuskan Bamsoet melanggar kode etik lantaran menyebabkan keresahan dengan klaimnya.
"Menimbang bahwa perbuatan teradu mengakibatkan kesimpang siuran informasi di masyarakat terkait rencana amandemen UUD 1945. Karena yang disampaikan teradu bukan yang disepakati semua fraksi di MPR RI," kata Ketua MKD Adang Daradjatun saat sidang, Senin (24/6/2024).
"MKD memutuskan dan mengadili sebagai berikut. Kesatu, menyatakan Teradu melanggar. Kedua, memeberikan sanksi kepada teradu berupa sanksi ringan dengan teguran tertulis," imbuhnya dalam membaca putusan.
Sebagai informasi, Bamsoet diadukan seorang mahasiswa bernama Muhammad Azhari pada 6 Juni 2024. Bamsoet diduga melanggar kode etik lantaran mengklaim semua fraksi partai menyepakati penyempurnaan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945.
