Acuerdo por la Liberación de Cuba se firma en la Ermita de la Caridad
En este segmento de Hola! Ota-Ola, el activista e influencer cubanoamericano Alex Otaola anuncia la firma del Acuerdo por la Liberación, un documento que establece una hoja de ruta para la transición democrática en Cuba una vez desmontado el régimen comunista.El acto se celebró en el Ermita de la Caridad, específicamente en el Salón Félix Varela, y contó con la participación de la Asamblea de la Resistencia Cubana, la plataforma Pasos de Cambio, la Fundación Cubana Anticomunista y otras organizaciones del exilio y la oposición. Entre las figuras presentes estuvieron Rosa María Payá, José Daniel Ferrer y Orlando Gutiérrez-Boronat.
El documento propone un proceso estructurado en varias fases: liberación, estabilización, reconstrucción y democratización. Incluye la creación de comisiones de trabajo para atender emergencia humanitaria, seguridad, economía, salud, educación, justicia y redacción constitucional, con el objetivo final de convocar elecciones libres multipartidistas tras un gobierno provisional.
Otaola subraya que el plan responde a la pregunta “¿qué viene después?” y sostiene que el exilio organizado ya está preparado para asumir responsabilidades en una futura Cuba democrática. Para el influencer, el momento internacional y la unidad alcanzada marcan un punto de inflexión histórico.
