Isak Tangis Keluarga Sambut Kedatangan Jenazah Briptu Rudy Agung Korban Penembakan KKB
KOTAMOBAGU, KOMPAS.TV - Jenazah anggota Brimob korban penembakan KKB di Papua, Briptu Rudy Agung tiba di rumah duka Kotamobagu Selatan, Sulawesi Utara, malam tadi.Keluarga dan kerabat tak mampu membendung kesedihan saat menerima jenazah korban.
Jenazah disemayamkan di rumah duka istri almarhum dan akan dimakamkan pada hari ini di Taman Makam Pahlawan Kelurahan Mongokonai.
Pemakaman akan dipimpin oleh Wakapolda Sulawesi Utara dan akan dihadiri oleh para pejabat utama Polda Sulut, mengingat almarhum gugur dalam tugas dan dinaikan pangkat setingkat menjadi Brigadir Anumerta.
Sebelumnya, terjadi kontak tembak antara anggota Satgas Damai Carstenz dan Kelompok Kriminal Bersenjata, Senin (18/09) sore.
Rumah dan sejumlah fasilitas dirusak, dua warga terluka akibat penembakan.
Selain itu seorang anggota Satpol PP juga terluka dan kini mendapat perawatan di RSUD Oksibil.
Sementara sebelumnya, anggota Brimob, Briptu Agung, tewas tertembak KKB di Kabupten Pegunungan Bintang, Senin (18/09) siang.
