A través de eventos históricos y declaraciones polémicas, presento argumentos tanto a favor como en contra de esta teoría.A lo largo del video, profundizo en la historia de cómo Estados Unidos ha apoyado a grupos radicales en diversas partes del mundo, desde Nicaragua hasta Afganistán, para entender mejor si hay fundamentos en la teoría de que el Estado Islámico podría haber sido una herramienta de la política exterior estadounidense. Examino cómo la intervención de Estados Unidos en Irak y Siria contribuyó indirectamente al surgimiento y fortalecimiento del ISIS. Finalmente, planteo preguntas sobre el futuro: ¿ha aprendido Estados Unidos de sus errores o sigue, sin saberlo, financiando a sus futuros enemigos?
