Bahlil Ungkap Alasan IUD PT GAG Nikel Tak Dicabut Pemerintah
Pemerintah resmi mencabut Izin Usaha Pertambangan atau IUP 4 perusahaan di Raja Ampat, Papua Barat Daya.Namun, di saat yang sama, PT GAG Nikel tak dicabut izinnya oleh pemerintah. Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, Bahlil Lahadalia dalam konferensi pers di Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, Selasa siang mengatakan berbeda dengan 4 perusahaan lainnya, PT GAG Nikel memiliki RKAB, atau rencana kerja dan anggaran biaya tahun 2025.
Selain soal RKAB, Bahlil menyebut lokasi PT GAG Nikel tidak berada di dalam kawasan geo park Raja Ampat yakni berjarak 42 kilometer dari Piaynemo, pusat kawasan wisata utama.
Bahlil menjelaskan 4 perusahaan lain yang izinnya dicabut memiliki sejumlah persoalan, termasuk pelanggaran lingkungan dan legalitas yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan kebijakan nasional.
Ke-4 perusahaan yang telah dicabut izinnya ialah PT Anugerah Surya Pratama, PT Nurham, PT Melia Raymond Perkasa Dan PT Kawai Sejahtera Mining.
