안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 장을 보러 마트에 들렀다가 너무 맛있어 보여서
그냥 지나치지 못하고 간장게장, 양념게장, 새우장까지
한꺼번에 사 와서 먹어봤어요!
먼저 새우장부터 먹어봤는데요!
새우살이 탱글하면서도 말캉해서
입안에서 씹히는 식감이 기분 좋게 느껴졌어요.
간장 양념도 새우 안쪽까지 잘 배어 있었고
짭조름한 간장 맛 뒤로 새우 특유의 달큰한 맛이 느껴져
따끈한 흰쌀밥과 정말 잘 어울리더라고요
간장게장의 게살을 쭉 짜서 먹어보니 살이 부드러웠고
마트에서 구입한 제품이라 혹시 비린 향이 나지는 않을까
조금 걱정했는데, 생각보다 비린 맛이 강하지 않았고
간장 양념이 게의 풍미를 잘 잡아줘서
부담 없이 맛있게 먹을 수 있었어요!
양념게장은 처음에는 달큰한 양념 맛이 느껴지고
뒤로 갈수록 매콤한 맛이 은근하게 올라왔어요
저는 매운 음식을 잘 먹는 편은 아니라서
너무 맵지는 않을까 걱정했는데
못 먹을 정도로 매운맛은 아니라 맛있게 먹을 수 있었어요
역시 게장과 새우장은 다른 반찬이 많이 필요하지 않고
따끈한 밥 한 그릇만 있어도 든든하게 먹을 수 있는
대표적인 밥도둑 메뉴인 것 같아요
장을 보러 갔다가 우연히 발견해서 사 온 메뉴였는데
생각보다 비린 맛도 강하지 않고 맛있어서
밥 한 그릇을 금방 비워버렸네요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
