Pesawat Angkut Logistik Satgas Damai Cartenz Tergelincir di Bandara Tiom, 2 Orang Luka-Luka
PAPUA, KOMPAS.TV - Pesawat Smart Air rute penerbangan MimikaLanny Jaya tergelincir saat hendak mendarat di Bandara Tiom, Kabupaten Lanny Jaya, Papua Pegunungan, Sabtu (11/10/2025) pagi.Pesawat Caravan milik Smart Air dengan nomor registrasi PK-SNA yang dipiloti Kapten Irawan dan kopilot Palma terbang dari Bandara Moses Kilangin, Timika, ke Lanny Jaya membawa bahan makanan milik Satgas Operasi Damai Cartenz.
Saat akan mendarat, pesawat mengalami kendala pada bagian kemudi sehingga keluar dari landasan dan menabrak pagar pembatas bandara.
Meskipun tidak ada korban jiwa, namun pilot dan kopilot terluka dalam peristiwa ini.
Penerbangan menuju Bandara Tiom, Lanny Jaya, juga sempat dihentikan sementara karena evakuasi pesawat di lokasi kecelakaan.
