Hal itu telah disetujui oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR).Keputusan itu disetujui usai DPR menggelar rapat konsultasi dengan Menteri Hukum dan Menteri Sekretaris Negara (Mensesneg) pada Kamis (31/7/2025) malam dan disampaikan langsung oleh Wakil Ketua DPR Sufmi Dasco.
