Non si tratta di una scelta politica o parlamentare, ma di un provvedimento amministrativo dell’Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni (#AGCOM).
L’Agcom ha stabilito che gli influencer con un seguito consistente - 500 mila follower o un milione di visualizzazioni mensili - dovranno iscriversi a un albo, un vero e proprio #registrodegliinfluencer. Numeri alti, certo, ma non irraggiungibili. La misura potrebbe quindi riguardare una fetta molto ampia di chi opera online. L'iscrizione comporterebbe anche l'obbligo di rispettare regole e codici di condotta specifici, con sanzioni amministrative per chi dovesse trasgredire.
E allora sorge una domanda inevitabile: chi decide cosa è corretto? Chi stabilisce il confine tra #libertà e #violazione?
