"Teman-temannya selalu membully dia (Crooks) setiap hari," kata seorang teman Crooks yang tidak disebutkan namanya kepada NBC News, Minggu (14/7/2024).
Pria tersebut mengatakan Crooks sangat pendiam dan penyendiri saat sekolah.
Ia tak menyangka, setelah dua tahun lulus SMA, Crooks justru menjadi tersangka penembakan Trump.
Menurutnya fakta tersebut sulit dipercaya.
Sementara itu akibat penembakan yang dilakukan Crooks, Trump mengalami luka di telinga.
Sementara seorang penonton tewas dan dua lainnya mengalami kritis.
