Penemuan pertama kali dilaporkan oleh warga yang sedang beraktivitas di sekitar lokasi.
Petugas dari Polsek Pondok Aren langsung datang ke tempat kejadian untuk melakukan olah TKP dan mengamankan area dengan garis polisi.
"Penemuan sekitar pukul 16.00 di wilayah Kelurahan Pondok Jaya, tepatnya di lahan kosong. Kita sudah melaksanakan olah TKP. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, mohon bersabar karena ini masih dalam proses penyelidikan," ujar Kapolsek Pondok Aren, Anne Rose Asrippina, Pondok Aren, Tangsel, Selasa (15/7/2025).
Anne Rose mengatakan mayat ditemukan dalam kondisi telentang, dengan luka terbuka di bagian leher dan ditutup menggunakan kain sarung.
Ia juga menyebut tidak ditemukan identitas apapun di sekitar tubuh korban.
"Untuk identitas korban masih belum kita temukan. Sementara ini baru dugaan-dugaan awal. Korban mengalami luka di leher, itu saja yang terlihat sejauh ini," ujar Anne.
