9개에 5.5키로니까 한개 한개가 아주 묵직하더라구요
처음 봤을때 크기 보고 진짜 깜짝 놀랐는데
삶은 섭 알맹이 크기 보고 2차 깜놀!!
입에 넣는 순간 퍼지는 바다 향과 쫀득쫀득한 식감이 정말 예술이에요
살짝만 쪄서 입 벌린 섭을 양념 없이 그냥 먹어도 감칠맛이 가득!
무엇보다 탱글탱글한 식감이 최고예요
초장 살짝 찍어서 먹으면 새콤달콤한 풍미가 입안 가득 퍼지고
크림소스에 듬뿍 찍어 먹으면
부드러우면서 고소함이 섭과 정말 찰떡궁합이었어요!
