El objetivo es que Estados Unidos pueda controlar el petróleo, plantea Hudson. Probablemente, el Gobierno de Trump quiere asegurarse de tener la capacidad de “cortar la energía” a los países que no se alineen con la política exterior de Estados Unidos, añade.
