JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pihak terdakwa Hasto Kristiyanto menghadirkan mantan hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai ahli tata negara di sidang lanjutan kasus dugaan suap Harun Masiku di PN Tipikor, Jakarta, pada Kamis (19/6/2025).Mantan hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi yang dihadirkan Hasto yakni Maruarar Siahaan.
Hal itu disampaikan tim kuasa hukum Hasto, Ronny Talapessy sebelum sidang dimulai.
"Hari ini masuk ke dalam agenda pembuktian yaitu dari kami diberikan kesempatan oleh yang mulia majelis hakim untuk pembuktian. Kami menghadirkan hari ini adalah ahli tata negara, yang di mana juga sebelumnya merupakan hakim di Mahkamah Konstitusi dan juga hakim di beberapa pengadilan dan pengadilan tinggi, yaitu doktor Maruarar Siahaan," ujar Ronny.
