The GX2 lets you extract super high with short contact time. In this video we're brewing an ultra light $$$ coffee that we extracted in under 2 minutes! The cup profile seems to be body/sweetness forward with good acidity and definition towards the back. We're able to extract high definition and subtle coffees like the Aguacatillo 2100 with the GX2.
